Business Outlook
Pros
Fun atmosphere, discounted/free tickets to shows, amazing co-workers, the ability to say you work for Feld. It sounds pretty impressive.
Cons
Not much room for growth. No real employee functions (like holiday parties). Because of that, It felt very segmented... I didn't know many people outside of my department or those that worked on the same floor. Even though most of the company works from the road, corporate didn't have the ability to work from home (even in inclement weather). We never really knew what was going on with the company - We heard rumors about the move to Florida but there was never a meeting to discuss.
