AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL PAY. Lay offs in 2020, like 95 percent of the company......gave EVERYONE the same severance package. Literally I was there for 3 years, I got 3 weeks. PEOPLE THERE FOR CLOSE TO 40 years GOT THE SAME THING, 3 weeks. Regardless of amount of vacation time you had not used you got three weeks. They did this so they could be sneaky and get more funding by being a "small company" during the pandemic. The high ups don't care about ya, you are quite literally just a number. But that's okay because we get a twice a year banquet that's catered and event tickets. LOL whateva
