You definitely get what you’re promised which is a traveling experience and an income. The work experience you gain is very broad and teaches you on your own as well.

Cons

- There was absolutely no training at all, just frequent trial by fire - The staff were often times morally questionable in terms of the culture they had - Playing favorites while having a hazing culture made it feel impossible to gain trust and respect in one another - often times standards were inconsistent, varying on the individual who was doing the task - The rooms they have you placed in were in very poor shape often times mold being present - The job overall is just a check not a career
