People in management roles (tour managers and directors) were unorganized and abused their power. I believe some of the lack of organization stems from the nature of the job itself as we are always on the road and there are a lot of moving parts but management often would play favorites and treat performers like children. A lot of problems also arise from the fact that those in charge when out on the road have no one to answer to and the subordinates cannot physically contact higher management. Some problems also arise from the fact that performers are "at work" 24/7 so any personal mistakes bleed into the work environment which is to be expected from this type of job. Still, no one wants to leave because the performance and travel aspects are too good to pass up.

Benefits continue to go downhill; no raises or promotions for the past two years 'across the board' (though it was later reported upper level management received overly generous bonuses/raises); male dominated upper level management; not receptive to suggestions/ideas; layoffs; let go of the best employees while keeping employees who most people don't understand how they even have a job
