      Great people to work with, really enjoyed what I did

      The pay is stagnant and below average. Difficult to stay with no raises or additional compensation for anyone people Manager.

      great company to work for. free tickets good family environment not a pro -- most people never heard of Feld, nor what they do. Only until you mention their properties does it then click. It's not as impressive on the resume as you might think.

      Cons

      IT Management is in sore need of replacement from the CTO on down. Micromanagement to the extreme CTO is non-technical to the point of being a Luddite frantic work pace -- everything is a critical emergency Ego-driven upper management ineffective middle-management -- most upper management just sit in their positions slow to embrace new technologies outsources EVERYTHING advertised as one position, but duties were for a much lower-level position. as a result, career will stagnate. IT has lost control of their department. nobody else in the company comes to them for big projects -- outsources everything no project planning whatsoever no path for advancement unless you want to become a traveling tour manager
