You get to work with great people in a small team setting but with the backing of an international company.

Cons

It can be a stressful, fast-paced work environment. I would not recommend to someone who doesn't thrive off hitting sales goals.

Great brands to work on. Many different departments.

Cons

Although is a large company there isn't much room for growth. Upper management sit in their positions while everyone else does the hard work. Not much praise for good work done. Many levels of approval needed all the time so there is not much free creative thinking. Low paying company.
