Best opportunity anywhere for global travel. Co-workers are great, positive atmosphere.

Cons

Performer pay is low; no 401K options; sometimes feel unappreciated due to lack of proper compensation. Seems to be the trade-off for amazing travel.

People are great! Fantastic team! And for me, I never feel too much pressure when the workload is high. Very understanding and relaxed environment.

Cons

When it's slow, its slow. Can be a little too quiet at times, but over time that gets better.

The people you meet and work with on a consistent basis. Also the places that you are able to travel to, both domestically and abroad.

Cons

Not a lot of room for advancement or to move up within the company. The pay range for the amount of work that we do is not near enough.
