      Pros

      You get to travel across the United States and your lodging is free.

      Cons

      Insane hours (14 hour average days), Unappreciative management, unsafe working conditions, back breaking work, you never leave work, always traveling/living out of a suitcase, little sleep, incompetent co-workers, etc.

      Pros

      Ringling Bros. Circus, Disney On Ice and Monster Jam...you'll never find a better group of products to be associated with...just go to one of the shows and you can't help but get swept up into the moment.

      Cons

      Work/life balance can be difficult to maintain. Many departments are in need of additional resources.
