Most machines are outdated, and its a race to get clocked in and claim one that isnt outdated. Though they are suppose to be getting 20 new machines and retiring old ones soon. Getting an old machine to work with can really hurt your percentage! Alot of the necessities are also broken and outdated. The job is manageable though.

This company will lure you in to the job with an average salary that seems reasonable for the job. However, regardless of your performance do not expect to get a an actual raise. This company will only give raises based off of years and years worked with the company. And not based on the actual workload you do. So if you do 3x as much as someone that's been here 10 years, Expect to remain at half their pay ( your starting salary) until 4 or 5 years with the company. So feel free to coast at the minimum. Effort is not rewarded whatsoever. Also never expect the company to do anything for its employees. No christmas , Thanksgiving, new years parties. No company outings, nothing. Period. If you are looking for a place that rewards hard work and values employees and a good work atmosphere avoid this company. If you are fine with coasting and collecting a moderate paycheck this is the place for you.
