Schedule, food truck every 6 months, 1st shift only

Cons

Morally corrupt and unprofessional management. "Benefits" and pay aren't worth it. This location is "unionized" but it's the most useless union of all time. They won't have your back with anything. The union "steward" goes to private dinners and events with management so he doesn't have to defend any of his crew when it actually matters. He actively works with management to get rid of "problem" individuals. Don't even think about getting hurt and taking out workers comp here due to an injury caused AT WORK. They will RUN YOU OUT. Avoid at all cost.

Company has plenty of work with consistent hours. A lot of room to grow and learn the trade.

Cons

Management is completely incompetent. If you’re not in upper management, you can count on 0 support. Pay is not competitive at all. Working your way up at a certain level is all politics and training is abysmal.

Constantly finding ways to take money from the pockets of those who earn the money for this company. Customer facing employees are fed up, overworked and underpaid and the customers notice and comment on it.
