You get the pleasure of dealing with suck pumps who wear out knee pads to keep their useless middle management job. District managers come and go about every year, and the company gives them 80k+ vehicles. Typical publicly traded company that likes to dangle the carrot in front of gullible young graduates. I’ve seen quite a few good men get screwed out of a job while the fat waste of air manager moves up.
