You have a lot of time on your hands

Pros

Spiffs are auto added, Commision is easy to earn by selling the right products

Cons

Place is a mess, backend is awful product is always damaged coming out of the warehouse. Phone system and communication really bad. Leadership to workers has a huge disconnect.
