      Shared stock plan, solid benefits, strong internal relationships built

      Cons

      Poor compensation growth for those producing strong results. Don’t care about individual results when it comes to bonuses - they are a group effort not consolidated. Management is stale and old fashioned with poorly executed ideas. Horribly behind in communication and technology. Upward momentum is tough. New learning opportunities/trainings are not there. No visibility across multiple product groups- try to introduce these groups and blend them. No team building or effort on culture or employee engagement.

      The health coverage is great.

      Cons

      Don't get paid comparable to workload, there is nowhere to grow so you're going to be stuck where you are. The managers are not supportive and like to keep you where you are. No adequate training or communication

      Company does not embrace diversity. Does not embrace new ideas unless coming from leadership. The entire team is overloaded with work which causes eveyone to be stressed and tensed. The team has a very high turnover. Mgmt is Very Cliquish . Mgmt talks about employees behind there back to other employees they are friends with. You need to kiss $$$ They will lie about pay Gives worthless promotions which = to more work and no pay increase. They will find a way to blame you for not getting the increase. I stayed there too long because of complacency . Do not be like me If you work here, Good Luck. You have been warned.
