Terrible pay, long hours, good ole boy system. Regardless of time and effort it's more who you know or related too. If you don't chew tobacco and love country music your treated like an outcast. Black or different you not invited to " Company events" . Sad but true, had high hopes but wasted lots of years.

Treated unfairly and it was noticeable, never complained to management because I was scared I would still get in trouble. This person is maniacal and only out for her career. I liked all other aspects and people but she made each day depressing and negative. She created hostility and no one else in this program liked her. She didn’t even like the position but she’s all about moving up so she’ll do anything to get what she wants. Manipulative and emotionless is her, she plays it well. The upper chain of command are all happy because they make the money but there are so many.
