What they will tell you is, is there is a lot of email you will be answering. But what they won't tell you is this is basically your job. You will take verbal abuse from sales and management through 200 or so emails per day. You can report them to your manager but nothing will be done. And if you say anything in response, even if its a please and thank you to sales, you will be in the HR office being written up. You are also expected to work a minimum 50 hours per week. And you will work at least that many hours per week due to the system AX2012 being set up incorrectly and the amount of customer service/AP work you will be doing for them. I beg you only take this job if it is the LAST chance for employment you have, and don't take anything less than 57,000 to start.
