      Management often made hasty decisions without considering their implications on employees. These decisions frequently resulted in increased workloads, unrealistic deadlines, and a growing sense of discontent among the workforce.

      Cons

      Acknowledgment of hard work and dedication was a rare occurrence. The absence of recognition and fair compensation for the effort put into projects led to a demoralized workforce.

      They have a lot of money and resources.

      Cons

      The most toxic culture I have ever been part of. If you are a collaborative person who wants to do work that means something, this is not the place for you. There is no sign of authenticity, kindness or genuine care for their employees. Everyone is out for themselves, and a network of "good ole boys" who do not care about anything but making money at all costs. Even the HR team is ruthless. There are so many other companies to work for that have good business practices and treat their employees like valuable human beings which is why I would never recommend anyone work here.

      No accountability..employees do what they want..poor management skills..favoritism..they only care about their bonuses..they use to care when I first started..
