      I was the Credit Manager over 22 branches. I had 3 Assistants. Monthly A/R Collections consisted of $27 million.

      Pros

      Friendly working environment. There are incentive management trips every 2 years. Credit Managers are eligible for bonus each year. There is room to grow and move up in the company.

      Cons

      They expect a lot out of you if you’re in management. You can never finish your job in an 8 hour day. Have to meet unattainable goals each month.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunity to some degree, but expect not to get compensated for it. Their thinking is, you get the job before the pay.

      Cons

      Low pay, terrible upper management, too many chiefs not enough Indians, expected to do jobs outside your title and more without compensation. Salary positions get abused regularly, many good associates get stuck in jobs without the chance to grow, tenure associates are currently leaving the company.

      Great company to work for! I have learn so much over the last 5 years. They have great benefits and plenty of opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Ferguson at this moment does not offer equal pay for everyone no matter the race, or gender.
