Pros

If you are planning on going in the sales route there is plenty of perks and incentives when doing sales.

Cons

If you are coming into the business as a temp to hire you are definitely treated different as to if you are hired directly by the company. For example when hired on directly through the company you receive proper training that usually last a little over 6 months to equipped you to do your daily task. If you are hired on as temp you get little to none training with your coworkers. With my experience with this company if you were not attempting to go into the sales field I was treated different and giving only two other job opportunities to go into.

Pros

Good health benefits. It was a good place to start and get sales experience but don't stay too long....like I did!

Cons

It is definitely a good ol boys club. Management was either micromanaging or so far removed that they had no clue what was going on with me and my customers. It was a very arrogant, self centered management team that only cared about making themselves look good for the company.
