Pros
Local mgmt is great and supportive. If driven and willing there are opportunities to make very nice salary/commission.
Cons
Corporate leadership is terrible. Shareholders clearly valued over employees and customers. Decisions affecting associates working with customers seem to be made by people who have no experience working with customers. Limited staffing so will work you to death if commission/salary. Most positions have had pay cuts over the last year excluding senior leadership. Edicts come down from leadership with no guidance on how to actually implement. Misleading and evasive statements from corporate for explanations on why decisions are made.
