Pros

Frontline associates are amazing people and there is a decent healthcare plan.

Cons

It is a boy's club, if you do not play politics you will be forced out of the company or at a minimum blocked from promotions. This is even the case if you are a top performer in the company. The leadership team is reticent to change and it directly hurts the business' progress and leaves the company operating on antiquated technology that makes taking care of customers' needs cumbersome at best. Most of the top performers either get frustrated and leave or get pushed out by unqualified managers who are scared of them taking their place.

Pros

Pay was decent for starting position.

Cons

*Job offered 2 months prior to training start date* 8-week training Mon-Fri. You will be sent to multiple locations with some commutes being 2 hours of traffic (unpaid drive time). * Don't ask for any time or days off during training. I was ignored by management when my child needed to visit Urgent Care. * Please don't apply if you live in the Inland Empire as one of the Training managers belittles the I.E. .... sorry we can't all afford or want to live in Orange County, but we work with you! This is a perfect example of the mentality of management. *Micromanaged * 30 min lunch to stuff your face and possible use the bathroom* Don't touch your cellphone, park in the wrong space or ask too many questions or you could be reprimanded* Head manager only speaks at you... not to you... if you are a robot or lack self- respect you might be okay.
