Pros

Great managerial team that makes the large company feel small

Cons

Seems somewhat understaffed (like many companies). Product knowledge can take a long time to feel like you really grasp it due to a vast product line.

Pros

It’s a large stable company

Cons

- Siloed approach led to a lot of internal politics and finger pointing between functional areas which could be a barrier to execution - It’s largely a Southern Old Boys network at the VP level and above. A lot of arrogance at that level as well. - Benefits weren’t great and could require long hours depending on your position.

Pros

Can work remote at home.

Cons

Low pay, no bonus structure, mandatory overtime, but doesn't allow voluntary OT, Heavy work load, Managers do not care about the employees, only numbers. Upper management is aware accounts payable is short handed and they do not care, just work harder.
