Pros

Great people to work with; Access to all functions of the business - ability to learn a lot in a short period of time.

Cons

Very long hours; the time required to work is directly tied to your salary - overtime is required to meet the yearly salary.

Pros

They have a pretty good training programbut once that is over you have to bend over backwards for very little recognition. The pay starts off well but unless you get comission and are an awesome sales person the pay seriously flatlines.

Cons

Work to live ratio is a joke 10-11 hours is a MINIMUM day. I work 12 to 14 for nearly a year during my 5 year tenure. My family life was a joke, with the commute I left before my wife woke up and got home betweent 7 and 8 pm. Finally had to leave.
