Pros

None. Bunch of kids butt nobodies get promoted.

Cons

If you ain't in the clique you might as well leave. Worst place I have ever worked. They give product away to big companies and let the little guy pay for it. Guess the big company's twenty dollar bill buys more than the little ones.

Pros

You can work unlimited overtime because there is always enough work. The days fly by because you are so busy.

Cons

You are constantly stressed out and dealing with angry customers. There is too much for the inside sales reps to handle in a reasonable work day. Upper management doesn't care. You are making the company money and doesn't matter how you have to do it. You will feel overworked, overwhelmed, unheard, and unappreciated. The only way to get a decent raise is to cause a fight about it or threaten to leave. Then they will finally give you what you deserve. You can handle this if you know your self worth and refuse to be walked on.

Pros

Great break room and Employee refreshments, wellness plans for those that make it to permanent employment.

Cons

5 supervisors of one department means the rules change constantly, unless it's a reccomendation made buy a non supervisor. Independent and critical thinking is killed, though they advocate that is what they want. They miss lead you about your time as a temp employee as well saying that they can keep you as temp for up to a year... so not PTO, No benefits and you have to work mandatory overtime whenever they deem necessary with no clear date or idea as to when or if you will become permanent. They say it's based on error rate % , but they change the rules of classification daily so it's impossible to meet thier 2% or less and process over 800 invoices in a day when they can't agree which class they fall under in the chart of Accounts! Run.. very fast the other way.
