*While a job change, very less company's are there to match/hike in your package. *So very less jobs in Industry are left after this. *Management is rude and many-times uses abusive language even in meetings also. *Most managers came from references of senior management. *About targets there is a saying in the company that "there is no logic just we have to do". *Management always tries to get things done in an hour/day, be it surveys, formats, etc. *This implies unnecessary pressure and mental torture & a big ?? on data authenticity, also JOB INSECURITY...
