      Good pay scales compare to other FMCG companies

      Cons

      All brands are for niche markets accept Tic Tac ,basically Tic Tac is use for mouth freshner in chew category and the total share of mouth freshners is only 2 % in India against the total confectionery business ,so there is little bit pressure about to sell it more .it do not feel like familiar .

      Pros

      HR has taken the initiative to engage all departments to attend group discussions. Finally, someone is trying to enhance the corporation's understanding of the employees needs. It's refreshing to see interest being placed back into the people.

      The implementation of some of these changes will take time.
