Pros

Full-time permanent contract, nothing else I can find.

Cons

Sick fear work culture, just to think about going to work becomes a nightmare after being there for one month. I only heard good things about Ferrovial in UK, not Spain.

Pros

Co workers are nice, big name on CV, decentish training, reputable projects

Cons

Extreme nepotism, extreme favour to Spanish nationals, no benefits, no overtime pay (weekend + nights), no flexibility, alot of lies. Company which favours profitability over reputation; very aggressive commercially, which leaves a very bad taste with suppliers.
