The only pro I can think of is it's close to home,.

Cons

Everyone thinks they are managers! No structured career development plan! No processes in place. To many hierarchies. No room allowed to present your ideas.

Pros

It is a very stable company and transmit to their employees this stability. Hight investment on trainings. Starting to follow a project management methodology.

Cons

Too much hierarchical. Doesn't leave an space for innovation. Carrier plan inexistent. If you want to grow in the company you have to do too much lobby and since the jobs are very stable there are not too much opportunities to better positions. Results are not enough. Too political.
