- Growing rewards app, with millions of users in the US
- Startup culture, flexibility on deciding what projects you'd like to get engaged in
- Good work-life balance
Cons
- Not a 100% well-orgnaized company, for many kinds of works, you have to start from scratch
Great and flat culture. Lovely people and great team. A bunch of self starters and go-do'ers. Pretty good benefits for education subsidy and growth oriented. Lots of growth potential. Flexible work policy for most people (I work fully remotely). Fun.
Cons
The amount of work/contribution vs. how much you get compensated is off balance. There's too much emphasis on doing new and shiny things but the pace of innovation is actually pretty slow compared to rapidly innovating tech companies.
