Pros

- I get to work under a great manager who actually cares for me and my growth at Fetch - Lots of cool, different projects that are fast paced and interesting - Great company culture for taking PTO and getting rest - Lots of different ERGs and commitment to DEI even in today's climate - Open communication environment on Slack

Cons

- Sometimes the final say for design is done by C-Suite people that don't really have a strong design eye or design background - More trust should be in the designers to make some of the final calls, it doesn't make sense that a C-Suite higher ups makes a huge design decision when they don't really know colors or design super well?

Pros

I've met some smart and talented employees who work at Fetch. Unlimited PTO is nice.

Cons

They say they are remote-work friendly, but they aren't. They say they promote diversity, but they don't. They say it's like a family, but everyone is out for themselves. If you ask for help by leadership, you will get thrown under the bus.

Pros

- super cool coworkers that I genuinely connect with and appreciate - fast paced projects and work flow - a lot of trust, I never ever feel micromanaged - genuinely pushes healthy work/life balance - unlimited PTO, and they actually want us to enjoy it!

Cons

- sometimes projects aren't properly prioritized so it feels that some projects get rushed onto you out of no where - some design values aren't fully organized so projects can get scrapped which can be discouraging - needs work on fine tuning a great Design System
