Pros

The pay isn't bad for the job, and the community (depending on warehouse) can even be considered a family vibe.

Cons

They claim to promote growth from within, but from what I've witnessed firsthand is they'll hire an outsider who doesn't know the company, lingo, or culture, and has little to no experience working the warehouse field. But they will give employees hoops to jump through before they can move on up, and are more hesitant utilizing them. Than a confused, and often chaotic and self righteous outside force.

these fools want nothing but robots, don't try giving suggestions to anybody, and be ready to pee in a bottle in the vans.

Unlimited PTO. Work from home flexibility. Work has direct impact on business.

Cons

Unprofessional environment: inappropriate jokes directed between colleagues, and at our customers Lack of concern for covid: Masks were only mandated starting last year at HQ. Management: Unclear career path. Most concerns and feedback on career path and product at large are unheard and dismissed, if you're not in management you are only a worker bee here, which shouldn't be happening at any company, but especially not at a startup
