Zero support for leadership

Pros

They provided work shirts. Fans in the warehouse.

Cons

No support from upper management. Expected to backfill ALL shifts if staff is low. No work life balance. Pay is not equal to amount of work you will do. When I was injured at work I was told that managers don't get hurt. I need to work through it. Harassment and bullying are daily problems from upper leadership levels.

Fetch sucks

Pros

They are great at telling you what you need to hear while disregarding the employees needs.

Cons

Don’t pay holiday pay. Don’t give raises even after working for a year. Make warehouse associates deliver packages even though they are paid a dollar an hour less than the delivery driver.

Cons

They treat their employees with disregard. Not concerned with your needs. Very poor communication and incompetent managers.
