Pros

The team at Fetch is a family! It's the most positive and friendly place I have ever worked for and the company culture is outstanding. Love my job!

Cons

Only con is of course dealing with the customer we serve, BUT it's more of a fun challenge than a con. Everyday is a new and exciting adventure and I'm never bored.

Pros

The absolute best pro of this company is having all your benefits and enrollment on day one of the job. Small team environment so you get to know everyone well & value the support of each individual in the workforce

Cons

The disconnect of the inner circle mentality from upper management. They make changes on the fly when it comes to practices or procedures. At a moment's notice, they could strategize a game-changing process without considering the people they need to execute those changes. Deadlines are not respected on the deadline date, but instead aggressively pushed to the day it was spoken or implemented. Believing in company-wide approvals overnight to get the entire workforce to agree in one motion. People thrive in stable environments where things are fair, but Fetch Package has found multiple ways of creating games with package delivery systems. The fact that they thrive on daily micromanagement of each facility shows that upper/senior management wants to keep a close eye on the ground on what happens every day. The entire day is debriefed every single day and week on top of other weekly or monthly meetings. To them, each second counts, and each minute of the day is heavily strained. My weekends were spent monitoring the daily activity. You never really get away from this job until you put in your 2 weeks or leave. My work/life balance was in shambles, but once I recovered from the situation, my life was at peace again.

Pros

They provide PTO and benefits.

Cons

I started at the same time as another account manager in the same role, but our onboarding experiences were very, very different. They received full onboarding and support, and had their systems set up, while I did not, as if they had actually forgotten they had hired me. This difference was clear because we began at the same time, and I had to ask to get onboarded. In my experience, some leadership interactions were not professional, and the culture at times felt similar to a fraternity environment. I observed behaviors and remarks that I felt were inappropriate for a workplace. I also experienced microaggressions that I found unacceptable. Leadership decisions, including hiring and termination, can feel abrupt, and being outside the inner circle may impact your experience. All around, one of the worst work and unprofessional experiences I have ever had in my career.
