Pros

You get to sit at home on the computer and avoid taking calls or doing anything helpful and just get paid

Cons

Duties only fall to the newest person on the team. There is no real management, only people wanting to get paid to do as little as they can. Working with people that have no idea how logistics work or computers. The company is going to try and weasle every way out of a situation because they are losing money. They have had nothing but investors instead of profit gains.

Pros

Flexible Remote work policy Unlimited PTO Enjoyable co workers Genuinely interesting product offering Above average compensation structure

Cons

Original Product offering was a luxury not a necessity, creating a difficult sales cycle during tough financial times. For what it is worth I do believe this has been addressed with expanded services since my departure. Labor force reductions are always a bummer.
