Not a whole lot to say

This is a start-up and they really don't have any consistent policies.

Pros

I've been in startups for the last 10 years and this is by far the most functional place I've ever worked at. The product and engineering team is awesome. People are honest with each other, kind, and conflicts are resolved in real time without drama. But overall, work-life balance is good and no one's doing insane hours.

Cons

The product/engineering team seems to be on it's own island. People in other departments and especially in the warehouses are definitely treated differently. Like any startup there's stress of a fast-paced environment with a lot to do. There's been a lot of turnover and I think the company is really trying to do better, but it's been volatile at times.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're thankful for your openness and are happy to see you feel supported and are overall happy with your team. We understand feeling siloed, especially in the startup environment. We are working towards bridging the gap and aim to incorporate initiatives for our warehouse teams to enhance employee satisfaction as they are a crucial part of our team!
