- Pay structure: Low to medium at best - Leadership: Far underqualified for their roles. From mid-level to the top. - Overall Compensation: Never had any 401k. When they talked about it, they said at best you would get a 401k plan with no match. Pay was low to medium at best. - Upward mobility: there was none despite the company growth.
