      They re growing and innovating so expectations constantly shift and grow. Promotions are hard. It’s a bro-system.

      Lack of the following…organization, training, chain-of-commands, access to employee resources/help, upholding standard operating procedures. As an oversized delivery driver you are frequently sent by yourself to deliver very large, heavy items (that would require 2 people in any other setting). If there’s enough people you might get some help, but that’s hit or miss.
