For the inexperienced

Business Outlook

Pros

Team members are nice to speak to and get to know.

Cons

Product and Engineering leadership is inexperienced and lacking. More like managers that have elevated job titles. Reluctance to relegate authority for loss of control which leads to bottlenecks, not hiring experienced people, and teams bouncing back and forth between projects and struggling to understand scope of responsibilities. Definitely still a small team mindset slightly frat mentality from leadership. The adage is to be a team player, don't complain and do what we tell you to do. All this is masked in insincere communication, and they are unreceptive to feedback that doesn't align with their thoughts. Happy to no longer be listening to horrible managers.
