Steer clear

Pros

- kind co-workers - free lunch in NYC office - some employees (but not all) get equity

Cons

- very few managers at Fetch actually provide feedback to help their subordinates grow in the org - extreme culture of micro-management that is created by the CEO and trickles down throughout the organization - very high turnover on the design, creative, and product teams - due to overwork, micromanagement, and distrust from executives - I had 3 different supervisors over the course of 18 months - lots of fake DEI initiatives that make the execs feel better but never do anything to actually bring about real diversity and inclusion in the org
