Culture of stress and micromanagement

WFH, ability to set schedule, decent benefits

Cons

Culture in the claims' department has changed drastically in the last 2 years. Adjusters are expected to hit weekly claims processing goals. Failure to do so will result in a PIP or termination from the company. Adjusters are just a number and completely replaceable. Multiple adjusters have left rather than deal with the chronic stress and anxiety of hitting metrics.

Cons

Leadership is constantly moving and changing Goals move on a week to week basis, you'll be told there will be no further changes only for things to change again.
