      Comraderie with fellow coworkers about terrible work environment

      Cons

      Blatant favoritism, no room to grow unless you’re in good with the higher ups, when complained about no raises we were given them after 6 months of back and forth and got bonuses all but taken away as a result, no actual support.

      Naive people came in 2021 and ruined this company. When people that can’t sell are giving advice on HOW to sell- that’s a problem. When upper management is running an insurance company without an insurance background- that’s a problem
