      Pros

      Petplan is a great place to work! The culture and atmosphere makes it easy to come to work everyday and they are very flexible with hours. You get to handle claims for animals and help keep them healthy!

      Cons

      Starting salary is on the lower end, some very busy days with expectations to be met but by working in a group effort tasks get done! As with any new company there are things to be worked out and made better.

      Pros

      Very strong leadership and a true belief in putting the focus on Customers. Petplan has developed a very fun, unique culture that keeps employees engaged and having fun while in the office. Dogs and Cats are considered part of the family and are welcome in the office. Petplan was chosen as one of "America's Most Promising Companies" in 2014 by Forbes Magazine. With tremendous growth Petplan has plenty of growth opportunities. Innovation is key and Petplan keeps offering new and better ways to communicate with customers: Live Chat, 24/7 Customer Service, Email, an App available on the Apple Store.

      Cons

      If you don't like sharing the office with dogs and cats then this may not be the place for you.

      Pros

      I have never been happier at my job and I can honestly say I love coming to work everyday. You're co-workers are you're friends, you're bosses support/encourage you, and you always have a furry buddy running around. An endless room for growth and opportunity and such a positive energy to help you grow as a person.

      Cons

      A common phrase around here is "The Petplan 15". When you first start working here, you are amazed by how many sweet and salty goodies are in the kitchen. I would suggest joining a gym right when you're hired :)
