Since I've graduated college I've had the good fortune of working at Petplan USA. I've had a few jobs since I've finished school and Petplan has by far been the best experience. The people are extremely helpful and supportive of one another no matter what department you work in. I went on temporary leave for military basic training and they were very supportive of me and my decision. They went as far as writing me motivational letters while I was away and even gave me a memorable sendoff (everyone wore red, white & blue and had miniature flags). The work itself is rewarding, and being able to help out customers with their pet policies provides a good experience. The management also provides incentives for those who work harder and for those who want to pursue overtime. Everyone is friendly, which provides a good working environment. They are constantly rewarding employees for their hard-work and giving recognition. It is also a pet friendly environment, and it is always entertaining to take a break and see what pets people have brought in for the day. Petplan is a very rewarding experience and provides a great opportunity. I cannot speak more highly of my experience with them.
