Pros

Fetch is a fast paced company that is in hyper growth mode. They have great product market fit and the sky's the limit for user growth and refinement of the experience to reach mass appeal. There's a lot of freedom and autonomy, and with that comes great responsibility. The company has been flexible throughout the covid-19 pandemic and has allowed remote work to continue indefinitely. The CEO, Wes, is respectful, passionate, knowledgeable, and has a clear vision for what Fetch can become in the years to come.

Cons

Like any high growth technology company, things move fast, combined with the high level of autonomy, you have to be ready to take the reins and run with it.
