Flexible hours, great health insurance, decent pay, work from home environment

Cons

I don't think even the department themselves know how to train everyone in such a way that everyone is on the same page. Since it is a start-up, they are still going through a lot of those growing pains. Also, good luck getting any questions answered in less than 10-15 minutes (minimum). No career trajectory past the fraud department. Unreasonable metrics. Boring work.
