Pros

Remote work, bring your dog to the office

Cons

Big decisions are seemingly made overnight with very little foresight. Sweeping changes announced quickly, products launched with big announcements but no follow through. Huge disconnect btwn leadership and the people doing all the work. Currently promoting everyone they haven’t laid off as a retention tactic since they’re losing their best people.

Pros

So many really great, dedicated, helpful people. They want to succeed, and will lift you up. The previous year was setting a lot of the framework, and creating a lot of disruption to do this, but this year seems to be headed in a clear and strong direction.

Cons

Optimistic on the future, and what plans are being set in place right now, but it has been a rocky 6 months to get here. Culture needs to be nurtured to win everyone's trust back.
