      Pros

      Fetch provides a high level of autonomy; you’re trusted to own problems, make decisions, and drive meaningful outcomes. Leadership listens to feedback and works to improve things over time. The environment is fast-paced, and you’ll often wear multiple hats, which makes it an incredible resume builder. What stands out most is the caliber of people: thoughtful, intelligent colleagues who care deeply about the work and building something meaningful together.

      Cons

      Like any fast-growing company, not everything is perfect. The pace and level of ownership can mean juggling multiple priorities and navigating change as the company evolves.

      A Startup, With Structure

      Pros

      Fully remote / work from home, but with the ability to go into an office if you’re close to and want that environment. Competitive comp and benefits to FAANGs. Feedback is welcome and appreciated. Easy access and regular AMAs with leadership.

      Cons

      Though the company is 10+ years old, it’s still a startup! That life is not for everyone. Management moves quickly and priorities do shift, but if something is not working it is quickly cut and pivoted vs wasting time/resources to try and save it.
