Pros

Fetch is an extremely fast-growing company with amazing work culture. The overall standard of engineers working at Fetch is higher than most companies I have ever worked at, Fetch believes in hiring people who are individual contributors holding their work to the highest standards. Amazing work perks Good investment in employee training and reimbursements

Cons

Entered an "all hands on deck" phase twice in the past year and we've only come back stringer each time

Pros

They care about their employees, as work is fully remote with some office locations around the country. Pack structure is really helpful for moving quickly without a lot of bureaucracy. Pay is competitive and stress is low.

Cons

Onboarding process is still being refined, first few weeks are a little confusing.

We are so humbled by your kind words, and yes, we do absolutely care about our employees. Remote work is not going anywhere, and we promise to continue our commitment to employee growth, wellness, and work/life balance. We are also investing quite a bit in Fetch University and other learning and development programs in 2022, so prepare for some exciting new training ahead!

Pros

Great technology and benefits. The people that work here are great too.

Cons

Communication has really been failing lately and being forced to work on Saturdays has really been exhausting for all of May. There could have been steps before this to prevent our need to do this. All because customer retention wasn't high enough. Not a great sign.
