Pros

Ability to move up if you work hard and prove yourself, pretty solid compensation, good work-life balance and flexibility with making our own schedules, fantastic coworkers

Cons

Feedback loop - don't really feel like we currently get much feedback regarding what we're doing well and areas we can improve, 401k match, giving people yearly cost of living raises, rewarding people for working hard without having to get a job offer to get the raise

Pros

Company culture, management and work life balance are exceptional. Everyone treats each other with respect. Collaboration and support comes from everyone across the company. Management is direct, clear and easy to approach. There is a true "We > I" where everyone celebrates collaborative success over individual achievement. The remote aspect allows for a wonderful work life balance. It helps to provide a good atmosphere to recharge each day to bring out our best efforts. The culture here is amazing and you don't need to be constantly reminded of what it should look like because everyone is exemplary in their efforts to maintain it.

Cons

The benefits can improve. I would like to see a 401k match in the future if possible. The health care is amazing and very thankful for FEVO covering most of those costs. More standard raises or expectations on what is needed to reach those next levels would be appreciated as well.

Pros

The respect all through the company. I've never worked at a place where every single person that I've interacted with is there for the vision vs there for a paycheck.

Cons

Moving in the right direction, I would like to see the home office stipend brought back when its affordable for the company. Adding a bonus structure (based on hitting financial goals) would be nice when we are able. From a culture perspective, i think everything is good.
