Pros

I value the culture that FEVO provides. Feeling safe and secure is so important and very rare, and I 100% feel both from this company. I know that now our voices are being heard when it comes to improving the consumer experience. I also appreciate the transparency Betty and her team have provided since the leadership change.

Cons

I know that we are getting there, but rewarding team members (bonuses) again.

The remote environment provides flexibility and a great work life balance. The people at the company are smart, hard working, positive and helpful. I learn something new every day. Leadership listens even if they cannot make a change immediately.

Pros

Pay might be slightly better than some startups, but that’s the only thing keeping people around.

Cons

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. On the surface, the pay might be slightly better than other startups, and the non-management people are genuinely decent, but that’s where the positives end. The leadership is toxic and cliquey, quick to blame, and completely out of touch. There’s zero product vision or strategy—just a mindless feature factory churning out things nobody needs. Transparency, respect, and direction are non-existent, and the culture is suffocating. If you’re thinking about working here, stop pretending this is a healthy environment; it’s not.
