easy to coast. pays okay, but no bonuses and company is not doing well.

Cons

Opaque leadership. Promises made and never kept. Product is old and stale. We work our hearts out and get nothing in return. President just makes false promises and has no idea what she's doing. Sales team is carrying this company at the risk to our own reputations. Product is buggy. nothing works well ever. We are the front lines getting yelled at by clients all the time for late payouts, faulty product and a CFO who doesn't bother talking to clients and then demands more from us. Disaster

insane culture - lots of gossip and management shake up. spent way too much money on stupid things. don't see a long term future for the company

a lot of hot air fills the room and professional backstabbing is the norm. there will never be a cash out - never.
